Est.time: 4 hrs (was spread between multiple days and is unclear where i actually started "working")
Changes made:
Gameplay: ball accelerates down slightly when not moving on the Y axis (this is to prevent annoying softlocks, nothing to do with juiciness)
Colored bricks (just a very simple gradient)
Colored background (based on how many bricks are left)
Camera shake when hitting bricks (Intensifies at higher combo. This can disrupt gameplay, yes, but it's juicy)
Bricks fade in
Hit bricks fly away according to exxagerated physics (my favorite)
Paddle face
Game fade in/out
Ball trail
Ball hitting brick causes explosion, hitting wall causes confetti (The document suggested confetti for hitting bricks, but with the screen shake and brick yeeting it did not feel appropriate)
Sounds (Ft. explosion sound from freesound.org at earrape volume)
